Synopsis

Raging Cult is an award-winning dark comedy about Sandra, an agoraphobic woman in Paris who hasn’t left her apartment in five years and lives almost entirely through social media. Fed up with curated happiness, bad food porn, inspirational male ego-posting, and the suffocating performance of feminine politeness, Sandra decides to start a cult of rage.

With the help of her gentler best friend Molly, she invites women to audition for a movement built on anger — only to discover that most women have been trained too well to show what they really feel. Funny, raw, and cathartic, Raging Cult explores the anger women are taught to hide, and what happens when it finally comes out.
